Common questions
How often should I come?
Every 4 to 8 weeks is the sustainable cadence for most skin in the 20s-40s. More frequent is fine if your skin tolerates it; less frequent is fine if you have a solid at-home routine.
What should I do before and after?
Before: come with clean skin if possible, no heavy makeup. After: avoid sun, hot water, and active ingredients (retinol, AHAs) for 24 to 48 hours. Sunscreen the next morning.
Will my skin react afterwards?
Light redness is normal for 1-3 hours, sometimes longer for deep cleansing. We can do a patch test if you have very reactive skin. Tell us about allergies or recent treatments before we start.
Do I need to book in advance?
Weekend slots fill 1-2 weeks ahead. Weekdays usually available 2-3 days out. Email us your preferred window and we will confirm availability.
